Delivery & returns
We deliver across Kigali — usually same-day if you message before 3pm. Pay on delivery in cash, MoMo, or by bank transfer. Returns within 7 days on unused items, with original packaging. Something damaged on the way? WhatsApp us and we’ll sort it.

Browse the shop and add items to your cart, or tap “Order on WhatsApp” on any product. We confirm your order, total and delivery details with you on WhatsApp — no account needed.
Do you deliver across Kigali?+
Yes. We deliver across Kigali, same-day if you message us before 3pm.
How do I pay?+
You pay on delivery — cash, MoMo or Airtel Money. There's no upfront payment, so there's no risk to you.
Is delivery free?+
Delivery is free on orders over 50,000 RWF. Smaller orders have a small delivery fee depending on your zone in Kigali.
Can I return an item?+
Yes — returns are accepted within 7 days on unused items in their original packaging. If something arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.
Are your products authentic?+
Every item is hand-checked before it leaves our store — quality kitchenware, never grey-market goods.
Do you sell wholesale or supply restaurants?+
Yes. Send your list on WhatsApp and we'll send a wholesale quote, usually within the hour.
