We started Kitchen Haven in 2026 with one simple idea: a Rwandan family should be able to get great kitchenware delivered to their door — and inspect it before they pay a franc.
We’re delivery-only for now: no flashy storefront, no fancy retail markups. Most of what we sell is sourced directly from manufacturers so we can keep prices honest. The rest is hand-picked from suppliers we know personally. If a knife doesn’t hold its edge or a pan warps after a month, it doesn’t make it into our catalogue.
We’re a small team, so when you message us on WhatsApp, you talk to one of us — not a call centre. That’s on purpose.
A physical showroom will come once we’ve earned it. Until then, every order goes through chat, and every delivery is paid for in person.
